Who does the work
Your books are kept by our in-house bookkeeping team, led by Bookkeeping Manager Shana Butler. Our bookkeepers bring decades of combined QuickBooks, reconciliation, and payroll experience. Your taxes are handled by Enrolled Agents, federally licensed tax practitioners who can represent you before the IRS if a question ever comes up.

Do you work with businesses outside Utah?
Yes. We have offices in West Haven (Ogden) and Midway, Utah, and we work with business owners across the country. Bookkeeping runs online, so where you are doesn't change the service.
What does bookkeeping cost?
Our Small Business Package starts at $350 a month. It includes monthly bookkeeping and payroll, your business and personal tax returns, and quarterly check-ins. We quote your exact price before any work begins, based on the size and complexity of your books.
What software do you use?
We work in QuickBooks. If you're already using it, we pick up where you are. If you aren't, we can get you set up.
My books are a mess or months behind. Can you still help?
Yes. Cleanup work is a regular part of what we do. We bring the books current first, then keep them current every month so your return never starts from a shoebox.
